課程目標 Course Objective
培養外籍照護人員在高齡照護情境中所需之華語溝通能力，涵蓋日常照護、健康評估、家屬溝通、緊急應變及跨文化理解等核心能力，以提升照護品質與職場適應力。
To develop the Chinese communication skills required for foreign caregivers in eldercare settings, including daily caregiving, health assessment, family communication, emergency response, and cross-cultural understanding.
