組織沿革

Introduction & History

109年 2020

本校於109年10月21日特成立「招生及國際合作處」，強化招生及國際事務，辦理國內各學制招生業務及境外（含港澳僑生）招生與學術交流相關事務。 The school established the "Admissions and International Cooperation Office" on October 21, 2020, to strengthen admissions and international affairs, covering both domestic and overseas recruitment and academic exchanges.

113年 2024

113年2月1日新設立「華語文中心」，主責本校華語文正規和輔導課程、師資聘任及境外生 TOCFL 等級提升輔導等業務。 The "Chinese Language Center" was established on February 1, 2024, focusing on regular/remedial courses, instructor recruitment, and providing TOCFL proficiency guidance for international students.

短期目標 Short-term Goals

推動校內外學生參與華語文學習活動，提高學習興趣。 Promote participation in Chinese language learning activities among on-campus and off-campus students.
增加學生TOCFL測驗通過率，確保學生具備基礎華語能力。 Increase the pass rate for the TOCFL exam, ensuring students possess basic Chinese proficiency.
健全自營機制，通過境外招生資格審查。 Improve the self-operated mechanism and pass the qualification review for recruiting international students.

中期目標 Mid-term Goals

發展線上華語文課程，提供遠距教學機會，拓展全球學生來源。 Develop online Chinese language courses to provide remote learning opportunities and expand global student base.
持續推動華語文中心認證考試輔導計畫，協助學生取得國際認可的華語文能力證書。 Continuously promote the CLC's certification exam guidance program, assisting students in obtaining international certificates.

遠期目標 Long-term Goals

開設多元化華語學習課程，如商務華語、醫護華語等，吸引更多外籍學生來台學習。 Offer diverse courses, such as business and medical Chinese, to attract more international students to study in Taiwan.
辦理華語師資培訓班，提升教育競爭力。 Organize Chinese language teacher training programs to enhance educational competitiveness.

(1) 僑外生專屬系統化課程 Tailored Systematic Courses

根據僑外生不同的華語程度（從零基礎到進階）與個別需求，提供高度客製化的學習方案。課程設計著重實用性與學術銜接。 We provide highly customized learning programs based on diverse proficiency levels, focusing on practicality and academic integration.

(2) TOCFL 應試卓越輔導 Excellence in Exam Preparation

提供專為僑外生設計的 TOCFL 密集輔導。透過模擬測驗與重點加強，大幅提升通過率，協助辦理考試申請。 We offer intensive coaching specifically for the TOCFL. Through mock tests and techniques, we significantly improve pass rates.

(3) 彈性數位與遠距學習支援 Flexible Digital Support

建置專屬數位學習平台，整合互動式教學、AI 輔助工具與雲端資源，提供學員便捷彈性的學習方式。 Our dedicated platform integrates interactive content and AI tools to provide flexible learning before and after arriving in Taiwan.

(4) 沉浸式臺灣文化體驗 Immersive Cultural Experiences

整合校園國際週與臺灣節慶活動（如春節、中秋），讓學員在真實生活中應用華語，深化對臺社會文化的理解。 We integrate campus international weeks and local festivals, allowing students to apply Chinese in real-life contexts.

(5) 華語職涯接軌與實習 Career Integration & Internships

推動「華語+產業實習」計畫，與臺灣在地企業緊密合作。旨在提供學習與實務結合的機會，了解臺灣職場文化與需求，培養就業競爭優勢。 Our "Chinese + Industry Internship" program works with local enterprises to combine language learning with practical experience and workplace culture.
