Harriet Chiang
Administrative Faculty
Assistant Professor, Center for Chinese Language- Manage Chinese language curriculum planning, course offerings, and instructional delivery.
- Oversee the promotion, administration, and execution of the Chinese Language Proficiency Tests (TOCFL).
- Provide academic advising, life counseling, and general assistance to overseas Chinese and international students.
- Guide and mentor international students to improve their performance levels in the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL).
- Promote and prepare the Center for official accreditation evaluations by the Ministry of Education (MOE).
- Assist the Director in applying for and executing various institutional projects designated by government or external bodies.
- Support the planning, coordination, and management of international exchange programs both on and off campus.
- Assist the Director in handling routine center operations, student affairs, and general administrative duties.
- Serve as an ex officio member for all essential center-level committees, including the Center General Meeting, Curriculum Committee, and Faculty Evaluation Committee.

Administrative & General Affairs- Plan and coordinate Chinese language teaching programs, including course development, program implementation, and instructor recruitment affairs.
- Promote, coordinate, and administer the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) and related exam initiatives.
- Plan, develop, and implement Chinese language promotion courses and extension education programs.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the International Foundation Program.
- Maintain, update, and manage the official website for the Admissions Office.
- Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by center supervisors.
- Assist in responding to inquiries and maintaining communications in the center's official LINE group.
